Delicious vegan orange custard cream

This is a very fresh, not so sweet custard cream that can be used for all your recipes.



Ingredients:

The juice of 2 oranges

300 ml unsweetened soy milk (or any unsweetened milk)

35 gr corn starch

30 gr sugar or agave syrup

1 pinch of curcuma

orange zest




Add all the ingredients in a pot and cook on medium heat. Stir continuously to avoid clumps.

When it starts to boil, lower the heat to a minimum and keep cooking for 1-2 minutes until it starts to thicken.


The cream is ready.
