We are 2 sisters, Emma and Lizzy, who decided back in July 2018 to become vegan.

We were never big lovers of meat, but after viewing several documentaries, we both decided it was time to embrace a vegan lifestyle. 

So please join us in our journey while we share with you our passions on food, animals and all things natural!!
